Working with Video Devices

LEADTOOLS WIA supports video devices when using the Windows XP or earlier operating systems (Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista and later environments do not support video devices). The following functions support this feature:

WiaSession.StartVideoPreview: Starts the video preview inside the window specified through the owner parameter.
WiaSession.IsVideoPreviewAvailable: Determines whether a video preview is available.
WiaSession.ResizeVideoPreview: Resizes the video playback to the largest supported resolution that fits inside the parent.
WiaSession.AcquireImageFromVideo: Extracts a still image from the video stream, and saves the image as a JPEG file.
WiaSession.EndVideoPreview: Shuts down the streaming video.
