Leadtools.RasterColor Palette (with Leadtools.ImageProcessing.ColorResolutionCommandPaletteFlags)

The palette that you supply is an array of RasterColor structure. The RasterColor structure has four one-byte fields as follows:

ColorResolution maps the image's pixel values to the palette entries that are not reserved.
