IltmmConvert::GetSubObject

C Syntax	HRESULT IltmmConvert_getSubObject(pConvert, ObjType, ppObject)
C++ Syntax	HRESULT GetSubObject(ObjType, ppObject)

Retrieves the specified graph object.

Parameter	Description
pConvert	Pointer to an IltmmConvert interface.
ObjType	Value that indicates the graph object to retrieve. This must be one of the ltmmConvert_Object constants.
ppObject	Pointer to a variable that receives a the object's interface pointer.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.

To obtain objects (including a filter being cached) from the convert graph, use the [IltmmConvert:GetSubObject function.
