Send the data in pBuffer over an ISCL connection, unsecured. This data is not encrypted and the message has no authentication code. This function is available in the PACS Imaging toolkits.
L_INT32 LDicomNet::SendNonSecureISCL(pBuffer, nBytes)
Pointer to a buffer that contains the data to be sent.
Size, in bytes, of the data to be sent.
|DICOM_SUCCESS||Success. The data was dispatched to the ISCL network level.|
|DICOM_ERROR_MEMORY||An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.|
The non-secure send is the fastest method of transmitting data over an ISCL connection. It is faster than the normal send/receive process and has no encryption and no message authentication codes.
L_INT LDicomNet_SendNonSecureISCLExample(LMyDicomNet* m_pDicomNet)
// LMyDicomNet is derived from LDicomNet
// suppose that pDicomNet is connected with an ISCL server
pDicomNet = m_pDicomNet;
nRet = pDicomNet->SendNonSecureISCL(NULL, 0);
if(nRet != DICOM_SUCCESS)
