flag that indicates whether PaintWhileLoad is enabled

Enables or disables painting the bitmap while loading.

Parameter Description
bEnable Flag that indicates whether painting the bitmap while loading is enabled or disabled. Possible values are:
  Value Meaning
  TRUE Enable painting the bitmap while loading.
  FALSE Disable painting the bitmap while loading.

Returns

The previous setting.

Comments

When PaintWhileLoad is enabled, the class object will display the bitmap as it is loaded, when using the Load functions.
