Determines whether the LVectorFile object is ready to be used.
|TRUE||The LVectorFile object is ready to be used.|
|FALSE||The LVectorFile object is not ready to be used.|
Before you can use some of the file functions, a vector and a filename must be associated with the class object. Until you have associated a vector and a filename with the LVectorFile object, the object is considered invalid.
The function will return TRUE only if both the filename and the vector have been set and are valid.
