virtual L_INT LVectorBase::IsEmpty(pbEmpty)
Determines whether the class object's associated vector is empty.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates whether the vector is empty. Possible values are:
|TRUE||The class object's associated vector is empty.|
|FALSE||The class object's associated vector is not empty.|
|SUCCESS||The function was successful.|
|< 1||An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.|
A vector image is considered empty when it has no objects.
An empty vector image can still have empty layers.
