RECT structure that contains the new dimensions and/or position of the bitmap window

L_BOOL bFlag;

flag that indicates whether the window will update the display

Moves and/or resizes the class object's window.

Parameter Description
rect RECT structure that contains the new dimensions and/or position of the bitmap window.
bFlag Flag that indicates whether the window will update the display. Possible values are:
  Value Meaning
  TRUE The bitmap window will update the display.
  FALSE The bitmap window will not update the display.

Returns

SUCCESS

The function was successful.

Comments

The rect parameter is passed by reference, and is a required parameter.
