IltmmWMStreamConfig::get_ConnectionName

C Syntax	HRESULT IltmmWMStreamConfig_get_ConnectionName(pStreamConfig, pVal)
C++ Syntax	HRESULT get_ConnectionName(pVal)

IltmmWMStreamConfig *pStreamConfig;	pointer to an interface
BSTR *pVal;	pointer to a string

Gets the connection name. The connection name is the input name given to the stream.

Parameter	Description
pStreamConfig	Pointer to an IltmmWMStreamConfig interface.
pVal	Pointer to a string to be updated with the connection name.

Returns

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

Call SysFreeString to free the memory allocated for the string when it is no longer needed.
