pointer to an interface

BSTR *pVal;

pointer to a string

Reads a text message sent by the server (LEAD Network Multiplexer ).

Parameter

Description

pNetDmx

Pointer to an ILMNetDmx interface.

pVal

Pointer to a string to be updated with the message received from the server. On the server side, the message is sent using ILMNetMux::WriteMessage. Received text messages are saved in a queue and can be retrieved one at a time. Call this function repeatedly to check for new messages. Typically, a call every 1 second is sufficient.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.
