Specifies if the DVD Navigator notifies the application when the parental level changes.

If the programmer calls this function with the Notify parameter set to VARIANT_TRUE, the DVD Navigator will notify the application when the DVD player attempts to play content that is at a higher parental level than the current parental level, set by calling IltmmDVDControl::SelectParentalLevel. The programmer should then ask for a username/password to enable the playing of the higher level content. The request is accepted or denied by calling IltmmDVDControl::AcceptParentalLevelChange.
