L_LTFIL_API L_INT EXT_FUNCTION L_GetANZOptions(pOptions, uStructSize)
Gets the file options used by LEADTOOLS when loading ANZ (Analyze format) files.
Pointer to a structure to be updated with the options used when loading ANZ files.
Size of the structure pointed to by pOptions. Use sizeof(FILEANZOPTIONS) to calculate this value.

The options obtained by this function are valid for the current thread.
To change the current options, change the values in the structure pointed to by pOptions and pass a pointer to the updated structure to L_SetANZOptions.
