Remarks

The PDF417BarcodeWriteOptions class is used to control the options for writing PDF417 barcodes using LEADTOOLS. Set the options in two ways:

The BarcodeWriter class contains default options for each barcode symbology (or group of common symbologies). These options can be retrieved using the BarcodeWriter.GetDefaultOptions method, by passing BarcodeSymbology.PDF417. Then change the members of the returned PDF417BarcodeWriteOptions by casting it from BarcodeWriteOptions to PDF417BarcodeWriteOptions.

You can also create an instance of the PDF417BarcodeWriteOptions class and use it directly in the BarcodeWriter.WriteBarcode method which accepts the options as an input parameter.

The base BarcodeWriteOptions contains the following members and features:

BarcodeWriteOptions.ForeColor	Controls the barcode foreground color (color of the bars or symbols) to use when writing a barcode to an image.
BarcodeWriteOptions.BackColor	Controls the barcode background color (color of the spaces) to use when writing a barcode to an image.
BarcodeWriteOptions.Load and BarcodeWriteOptions.Save	Can be used to save or load the options to/from an XML file or stream.
BarcodeWriteOptions.GetSupportedSymbologies	This class overrides the base class method to return an array containing the following symbologies: BarcodeSymbology.PDF417

In addition to these features and members, PDF417BarcodeWriteOptions contains these PDF417 barcode specific features:

VerticalAlignment	Vertical alignment for the barcode inside the destination bounds.
Truncated	Write truncated PDF417 symbols.
EnableGroupMode	Enable group mode when writing PDF417 barcodes.
SymbolWidthAspectRatio	The width part of the aspect ratio for the symbol.
SymbolHeightAspectRatio	The height part of the aspect ratio for the symbol.
LimitByRowsAndColumns	Use the Rows and Columns values as limits when writing the symbol.
Columns	The maximum number of columns to use when writing PDF417 symbols.
Rows	The maximum number of Rows to use when writing PDF417 symbols.
XModule	The size of the smallest module when writing a PDF417 barcode.
XModuleAspectRatio	The ratio between the width of the smallest element (XModule) to the height of a row of the PDF417 symbol to use when writing PDF417 barcodes.
ECCLevel	The ECC (Error Correction) level to use when writing PDF417 barcodes.
ECCPercentage	Indicates the percentage of ECC characters to use when writing PDF417 barcodes.
