Media Player on Windows 8 implements "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service" which uses the default RTSP port that the RTSPServer demo will attempt to use. In such a situation, you have one of two options:
1. Stop the "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service"
2. Start the RTSP server on a different port.
