Gets the value and flags for a specified video property.

Parameter	Description
pVidProcAmp	Pointer to an IltmmVideoProcAmp.
Property	The property for which to get the value and flags. For a list of possible values, refer to the ltmmVideoProcAmpProperty Constants.
lValue	Pointer to a variable that receives the value of the specified property.
Flags	Pointer to a variable that receives the flags of the specified property. For a list of possible values, refer to ltmmVideoProcAmpFlags constants.

S_OK	The function was successful.
