Retrieves the connection identification number.

Pointer to a variable to be updated with the connection identification number. |

Connections to the server are assigned IDs automatically, and the connection ID is unique over the lifetime of the server object.
The connection ID can be used to retrieve a connection interface pointer using ILMNetSnk::FindConnection.
