Remarks

AnnHistoryItem contains the following members:

Member Description
Guid The GUID of the annotation objects associated with this change. Usually set to AnnObject.Guid.
State The change state, such as Unchanged, Modified, Added or Deleted.
Timestamp The timestamp of the change.
Comment User-defined comment associated with this change.

A list of AnnHistoryItem objects are stored in AnnHistory.items and comprise the annotation's history.
