Implementing WPF Annotation Security

LEADTOOLS provides annotation security through a number of functions. To lock annotation objects, use the following methods:

When you lock an object, the password used is stored in the Password property. To unlock annotation objects, use the following methods:

Use the IsLocked property to determine whether an object is locked. Use the AnnAutomation.CanUnlock property to determine whether the object currently being edited can be unlocked, and the AnnAutomation.CanLock property to determine whether the object currently being edited can be locked.

If you are interested in obscuring or blacking out a rectangular portion of an image, consider using the AnnRedactionObject. If you are interested in encrypting a rectangular portion of an image (or an entire image), consider using the AnnEncryptObject, which scrambles the designated portion of the bitmap using a pattern that varies according to the AnnEncryptObject.Key property that you supply during the encryption process.
