Retrieves a value of the audio sub channel at the specified index.

Parameter	Description
pTV	Pointer to an IltmfTVTuner interface.
Index	Zero based index of the audio sub channel.
pVal	Pointer to a variable to be updated with audio sub channel.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation.
