Specifies whether the target video format is currently selected.

Parameter Description
pTargetVideoFormat Pointer to an IltmfTargetVideoFormat.
newVal Flag that specifies whether the video format is selected. Possible values are:
  Value Description
  VARIANT_TRUE The format is marked as the current selection.
  VARIANT_FALSE The format is not marked as the current selection.

S_OK
