Sets a value specifying the number of frames per second for the video stream selected on the target format.

Parameter

Description

pTargetFormat

Pointer to an IltmfTargetFormat interface.

newVal

double value that specify the number of frames per second for the video stream selected on the target format.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.
