Scrolls the displayed vector by the specified amount.
Parameter |

dx |
The distance to scroll the vector horizontally. |
dy |
The distance to scroll the vector vertically. |
A point structure that holds the actual horizontal and vertical distances by which the vector was scrolled.
The units for dx and dy are in pixels, with the top, left pixel of the image being 0,0. This function can be used with or without scrollbars.
