Queries whether the target format is currently available.

Parameter	Description
pTargetFormat	Pointer to an IltmfTargetFormat interface.
pVal	Pointer to a variable that indicates whether the target format is currently available. Possible values are:
	Value	Meaning
	VARIANT_TRUE	The target format is currently available.
	VARIANT_FALSE	The target format is not currently available.

S_OK	The function was successful.
