L_LTDIC_API HDICOMWAVEFORMCHANNEL L_DicomChannelCreate()
Allocates the memory for the waveform channel.
A waveform channel handle.
L_DicomChannelCreate must be called before calling any of the waveform channel related functions.
Free the allocated memory by calling L_DicomChannelFree.
