HRESULT IltmsLogHandler_InitializeLog(pLogHandler, timestamp)

C++ Syntax

HRESULT InitializeLog(timestamp)

IltmsLogHandler *pLogHandler;

pointer to an interface

DATE timestamp;

date and time

Initializes application logging.

Parameter

Description

pLogHandler

Pointer to an IltmsLogHandler interface.

timestamp

Double value representing the current server time  (UTC).

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

This function is called when the server starts, and can be used to initialize application logging.
