Implementing Annotation Security

LEADTOOLS provides annotation security through a number of functions. L_AnnLock and L_AnnUnlock let you lock and unlock annotations using a specific case sensitive key. L_AnnShowLockedIcon provides you the option of having a padlock icon drawn on top of all locked objects. L_AnnGetLocked also lets you determine whether an object is locked or unlocked.
