GIF File Comments

When reading or updating GIF comments, you can specify only one type of comment.

Value	Meaning
CMNT_SZDESC	[3] Description of the image. This a variable-length character string. The maximum length is 32K.

For more information about file comments, refer to L_SetComment, L_GetComment, L_DeleteComment, and L_ReadFileComment.
