Sets the trigger time offset.

Parameter Description
bInclude Boolean value that specifies whether the function should insert the "Trigger Time Offset" (0018,1069) element or remove it from the DICOM dataset. Possible values are:
  Value Meaning
  TRUE Insert the "Trigger Time Offset" (0018,1069) element (that corresponds to this waveform group) into the dataset and then set its value.
  FALSE Delete the "Trigger Time Offset" (0018,1069) element (that corresponds to this waveform group) from the dataset.
dOffset New trigger time offset.

TRUE

The trigger time offset was set successfully.

FALSE

An error occurred.
