Comments

Quickly and easily customize the DICOM Unique Identifier table (UID Table) by editing the dicTableUid.xml file that is found in the LEADTOOLS Sample Images folder.  The dicTableUid.xml file is a human-readable XML file that lists all of the DICOM UIDs currently defined in the DICOM Specification.  You can edit this with any text editor (i.e. notepad) to add or remove DICOM UIDs. Then call LDicomUID::LoadXml() and pass the full path of the dicTableUid.xml file.   Note that calling LoadXml() will first remove all UIDs that are already present in the table.

To see the default values for the UID Table, refer to the Default UID Table.

For more information, refer to the Working with DICOM Tables topic.
