Removes all "Referenced Image Sequence(s)", which belong to the "Referenced Series Sequence" under the "Presentation State Module".

This function will remove all "Referenced Image Sequence(s)" (0008,1140), which belong to the "Referenced Series Sequence" (0008,1115) under the "Presentation State Module".
