How to Disable the Automatic Loading of the Default DICOM IOD Table

The default DICOM IOD Table is a large table with many entries.  When the DICOM library is initially loaded, the DICOM IOD Table is not initially loaded. It will be automatically loaded the first time it is accessed.  Specifically, the first call to any of the following functions will cause the automatic load of the default DICOM Context Group table (if it has NOT already been loaded):

To disable the automatic load of the Default DICOM IOD Table, call any of the following functions in your initialization code (before calling any other DICOM functions):

Therefore, to prevent the default DICOM IOD Table from automatically loading, call LDicomIOD::Reset in your application initialization code.
