|C||HRESULT ILTDVDBurner_get_ReserveCDTrackOnWriting(pDVDBurner, pVal)|
Pointer to an ILTDVDBurner interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value indicating whether to reserve the size of a CD track before performing the write operation. Possible values are:
|VARIANT_TRUE||Reserve the CD track's size before performing the write operation.|
|VARIANT_FALSE||Do not reserve the CD track's size before performing the write operation.|
|S_OK||The function was successful.|
|<> S_OK||An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes.|
Use this method to reserve disc space for a logical track.
Some drives expect such reservation when a write operation is issued (especially when overburning).
Only CD, CD-R, and CD-RW media support CD track reservation.
