This method will load the data as a raster image using ImageViewer.RasterCodecsInstance.Load. To load the data as an SVG, use AddFromSvgUrl. To insert a new raster image item from a URL use InsertFromImageUrl.
This method allows you to quickly add an item from a URL. It is the equivalent of the following code:
ImageViewerItem item = new ImageViewerItem();
item.LoadUrlAsSvg = false;
item.Url = url;
imageViewer.Items.Add(item);
If url is null, then an empty item is added.
