Summary

Gets the last connection ID for the most recent client connection.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
pNetSnk	Pointer to an ILMNetSnk interface.
pID	Pointer to a variable to be updated with the ID of the last client connection.

Returns


S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Remarks

The value of pID is constantly incremented each time a new connection is made. So, if the value changes, this means a new client has connected.

If the connection list changes, the Network Mutiplexer filter sends a new sync point.
