Use by the controls to render the regions outlines.

Remarks

ControlRegionRenderer is used internally by ImageViewer to render the outlines of image and floater regions.

This is a singleton class and cannot be initiated directly.

You can customize the region renderer by setting a new callback in RegionRenderCallback.
