Rotate the image perspective at the specified cell or sub-cell.
A zero based index of the cell that contains the image to rotate it's view perspective.
A zero-based index into the image list attached to the cell. The perspective rotation angle of this image will be retrieved. Pass -2 to retrieve the perspective rotation angle of the image in the selected sub-cell.
The perspective rotation angle value.
Reserved for future use. Pass 0.

To set the rotation angle of a specific cell or sub-cell, it is highly recommended to use LImageViewerCell::RotateBitmapPerspective instead of the standard LBitmapBase::RotateViewPerspective.
