Offset Property (AAMVASubfile)

Summary

Gets the number of bytes from the start of the encoded input barcode data to the start of this subfile.

Syntax
C#
Objective-C
C++
Java
public int Offset { get; }
@property (nonatomic, assign, readonly) NSInteger offset;
public int getOffset()
public:
property Offset {
   System::Int32 get();
}

Property Value

The number of bytes from the start of the encoded input barcode data to the start of this subfile. The default value is 0.

Remarks

Many issuing authorities encode incorrect byte offsets (1-off in either direction). It is best to check for subfile start indicator characters if doing manual parsing. The LEADTOOLS AAMVA SDK will account for these encoding errors.

Example

For an example, refer to AAMVAID.
