Initializes a System.Data.IDbCommand object to query for composite instances count using matching parameters.

Type: System.Data.IDbCommand
The database command that will be initialized to execute the query.
seriesInstanceUID
Type: System.String
The Series Instance UID used for matching in the query.
Note to inheritors:
Each CatalogElement is a matching parameter value.
All CatalogElement in an array will be combined with AND operation in the condition statement.
Each array in the collection will be combined with OR operation in the condition statement.
