Retrieves the total number of frames that have been dropped during capture.

Pointer to an IltmfCapture interface.
Pointer to a variable that receives the number of dropped frames.

| S_OK | The function was successful. |
| <> S_OK | An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation. |
The value is reset to zero when you start a new capture.
