Pointer to an ILTDVDBurner interface.
Flag that indicates the new state of CD track reservation before writing on the media. Possible values are:

| VARIANT_TRUE | Reserve the CD track's size before performing the write operation. |
| VARIANT_FALSE | Do not reserve the CD track's size before performing the write operation. |

Use this function to reserve disc space for a logical track.
Some drives expect this reservation when the write operation is issued (especially when overburning).
Only CD, CD-R, and CD-RW media support CD track reservation.
