Changes the CD track reservation on writing state.

Pointer to an ILTDVDBurner interface.
Flag that indicates the new state of CD track reservation before writing on the media. Possible values are:
|Reserve the CD track's size before performing the write operation.
|Do not reserve the CD track's size before performing the write operation.
|The function was successful.
|An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes.
Use this function to reserve disc space for a logical track.
Some drives expect this reservation when the write operation is issued (especially when overburning).
Only CD, CD-R, and CD-RW media support CD track reservation.
