Refreshes the control to include all changes made after calling BeginUpdate.
LayoutManagerItem.prototype.endUpdate = function() endUpdate(): void; The BeginUpdate method stops the viewer from repainting when changes are applied. Call EndUpdate to have the viewer repaint and show all changes made. Better visual performance and rendering efficiency result.
