dragStartsOnDown Property

Summary

Indicates whether DragStarted events should fire on mouse or touch down.

dragStartsOnDown: boolean;

Property Value

true if DragStarted events should fire on mouse or touch down; otherwise, it is false (DragStarted events will fire on mouse or touch up). Default value is true.
