Gets or sets the window level palette type
Object.defineProperty(DICOMImageInformationRenderer.prototype, 'paletteType',get: function(),set: function(value))
paletteType: WindowLevelPaletteType;
WindowLevelPaletteType which represents the window level palette type.
Before using this property, you must first load the palette xml file, using LoadPaletteData.
