bInclude	Specifies whether the function should insert the "Trigger Sample Position" (0018,106E) element or remove it from the DICOM dataset.
	Value	Meaning
	TRUE	Insert the "Trigger Sample Position" (0018,106E) element (that corresponds to this waveform group) into the dataset and then set its value.
	FALSE	Delete the "Trigger Sample Position" (0018,106E) element (that corresponds to this waveform group) from the dataset.
uSamplePosition	New trigger sample position.
