Removes all elements from the specified DICOM Associate and resets it to the specified type.

Parameter Description
hPDU A DICOM Associate handle.
bRequest Flag that indicates the type of Associate to which the specified DICOM Associate should be reset. Possible values are:
  Value Meaning
  TRUE Reset the specified DICOM Associate to type Associate Request.
  FALSE Reset the specified DICOM Associate to type Associate Accept.
