Remarks

If you set an empty AnnPicture (a picture that has its AnnPicture.Image value set to null (or Nothing in VB), this AnnHotspotObject will use the picture defined in DefaultPicture. For more information, refer to Using Pictures in Annotation Objects (Deprecated)
