Call L_CC_CreateScanner before calling any other LEADTOOLS Credit Cards toolkit functions.
When the handle to the Scanner session is no longer needed, free it by calling L_CC_DestroyScanner. For every call to L_CC_CreateScanner there must be a call to L_CC_DestroyScanner.
