Pointer to an IltmmDVDTitle interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated to indicate if the picture can be shown as pan-scan if the display aspect ration is 4X3. Possible values are:

| VARIANT_FALSE | The picture cant be shown as pan-scan. |
