PanoramicAction Constructor

Summary

Initializes a new instance of the PanoramicAction with default parameters.

The cell on which the panoramic polygon is to be drawn

Remarks

To render the panoramic image, create a PanoramicCell and attach the panoramic polygon created from this action to the panoramic cell.
