AddToolbarSplitButtonChildItemLeftAction Method

Summary
Registers a parent CustomToolStripSplitButton to receive the activation effect when a child CustomToolStripMenuItem assigned to a Leadtools.MedicalViewer.MedicalViewerActionType is the current action.
